This is the heart of our mission. We build a complete, private replacement for the Google or Microsoft stack your office lives on today: email, file storage and sharing, calendars and contacts, shared passwords, document editing, video calls, and backups, all on infrastructure you own.
How the work actually goes
We start by doing an audit of the current tech-stack, review the options, and "map" out the process and provide a preliminary course of action. Meaning, we tell you what will move cleanly, what will be awkward, and what should honestly stay where it is. Then we migrate in stages, with your old system still running until the new one has proved itself and users are confident with the utilities in place. Additionally, prior to when we leave, we create a file from your backup with the opportunities and options for you to watch for your own privacy and security concerns.
Finally, we can look after it for you: the updates, the patches, alerting, or simply... when something fails, you have a team of people who care deeply. A team of people who understand that they are working with other humans, not just the devices they use.
What you own at the end of it
The hardware, the data, and the accounts. If you ever want to run it yourself, or hand it to somebody else, you can, and we will help you do it cleanly.
We would rather earn the next year than lock you into it.
