SafeHaven Technologies, LLC.

Own your data. Run your office on IT that works for you, not off your efforts.

Private, fully managed IT for law offices, medical practices, financial firms, and mission-driven organizations across New England.

Most small offices are renting their entire digital life from a handful of large corporations, paying more every year for the privilege, and handing over their clients' most sensitive information as part of the deal. It does not have to be that way.

SafeHaven provides an opportunity to move your data off Google and Microsoft and onto infrastructure you own. Email, files, passwords, calendars, backups. We set it up, we hand you the keys, and should you make the choice we monitor and maintain it for you. You get the reliability of a big provider without the surveillance, the yearly price hikes, or the AI quietly reading your work.

By definition technology is meant to make life easier, more enjoyable, bring luxury or comfort. The current landscape of the tech industry, in our opinion, appears to be attempting to change that definition. We refuse to accept that.

By placing privacy and ownership first our intent is to create and ecosystem that allows individuals to feel secure and efficient. SafeHaven moves your business off Google and Microsoft and onto infrastructure you own and we manage. Running privately, backed up, monitored, and fully looked after.

What we will tell you before you have to ask

SafeHaven Technologies, LLC is new. We are actively onboarding our peliminary clients, and you should hear that from us rather than feeling blindsided by that later.

here is what that means in practice:

Everything on this site is what we will do for you, not a list of things we are already doing for somebody else. Where we have not proved something yet, we say so on the page. However, that does not mean we lack in experience. Each of our consultants could boast their mastery, in addition to career of well respected work and solid results, however you won't hear that from them personally, or directly. Instead; our choices, conversations, and work is the method we prefer over traditional marketing and advertisement. If you have reservations or concerns regarding professional ability please reach out, if nothing else our new organization would grately appreciate the feedback and use it as a avenue of growth, by closing professional gaps within our knowledge and skill set.

Furthermore, We also will not tell you that owning your data makes you subpoena-proof, because it does not. What it does is change who gets served, whether you find out, and how much is sitting there to hand over. That is worth understanding properly before you choose anyone.

We are a small, values-driven team. We do not sell your data, we do not take vendor kickbacks, and we run the exact same tools we would set up for you. When we say your information stays private, it's because we built it that way.

Who is this for?

Conventionally we would say something like:

"Law offices, financial and accounting firms, and mission-driven organizations. Anyone who holds other people's confidential records and has ever felt uneasy about where those records actually live. "

And that would absolutely be true. However, our unconventional consultation is for everyone.

Our goal is to provide access and open-source knowledge within each of our independant specializations, while simultaneously providing nothing but the best services for our clients, in addition to our communities as a whole, with those very same skills.

If you believe that we could help someone you know, your organization, a potential start-up, or even if you have a simple question;

Book a discovery conversation.

No pitch, no pressure, just a straight look at what you use now and whether there is a better way.

If there is not, we will say so.
